Priority turnaround

Priority turnaround is an optional extra on any of my fixed-fee services. For £395 I move your work to the front of the queue and deliver it by the end of the next working day for a review, or within two working days for a drafted document.

What it costs

£395, added to any service. One fee, whatever the service. Ask for it when you email me for a quote.

What you get

• Reviews by the end of the next working day. Contract reviews, NDAs, reviews of a customer's data processing agreement and reviews of a contract you drafted with AI.
• Drafted documents within two working days. Terms and conditions, agreements, policies and the other documents I draft.
• The same work. Priority changes when you get it, not what you get: the same mark-up, the same written explanation and the same follow-up.

When the clock starts

The time runs from the later of your payment and my receiving everything I need: the document, the background and, for a drafted document, your answers to my questions. Working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, excluding bank holidays. If everything reaches me on a Friday evening, the next working day is Monday.

If I cannot meet it

I work alone, so there will be days when I cannot take a priority job. If that happens I will tell you as soon as I know and refund the priority fee in full. Your work then goes ahead on the standard turnaround, or you can cancel it and I will refund that too.

Questions I am often asked

Does priority cost more for a bigger document?

No. It is £395 whatever the service.

Can I add priority after I have instructed you?

Email me as soon as you know. If the work has not been delivered and I can meet the priority timing, I will invoice the £395.
