Geoff reviewed and amended the fully managed service agreement for our new MSP offering. He worked from our own draft, kept the changes we’d made, and delivered tracked and clean versions alongside a clear explanatory note on what he’d changed and why, including where to hold firm or give ground if a client pushed back. He even provided suggested wording for our client email, which saved us a lot of time.
