This pack is about getting the basics right, fast, and at a price that makes sense at the stage you are at. It includes bespoke articles of association, a shareholders' agreement, an NDA template, and the Company Secretary Basics Pack. The bundled price saves over £300 compared to purchasing each service individually.

The pack is ideal for companies in the process of incorporation or shortly after, particularly when there are two or more co-founders or early investors.
